Our responsibility under the Supply Chain Duty of Care Act
Welle Holding AG + Co KG and all its affiliated domestic companies within the meaning of Art. 15 AktG (hereinafter referred to collectively as Welle Group) is a group of medium-sized companies, all of which are active in the furniture manufacturing and furniture distribution sector and employ around 4,400 people. As a sustainable and internationally active group of companies with worldwide partners in the supply chain, Welle Group is aware of its special responsibility for people and the environment in its own supply chains.
With this portal, we therefore fulfill all legal due diligence, reporting and verification obligations placed on us in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
Both the policy statement published on these pages and the Supplier Code of Conduct, as well as the established complaints procedure, are subject to continuous updating and adaptation to the knowledge gained and the results of risk analyses in the Welle Group's own business area and along the supply chains. Any deviating priority risks will be taken into account by us in the next updates of the Declaration of Principles and the Supplier Code.
